Abstract This Regional Law establishes that natural medicinal resources shall be considered thermal and medicinal waters, therapeutic muds and other natural objects used for healthcare purposes and recreation. Natural healthcare resources shall be state property. Healthcare areas and resorts shall be classifies as federal, regional and local. Regional Government shall establishes boundaries and conditions of use of healthcare areas and resorts, rates and forms of payment for the use thereof.
