Abstract This Regional Law establishes rules and regulations for management of forests for hunting purposes with the consideration of conservation, protection, reproduction of commercial forests, protection forests, reserve forests and forests of protected areas. Forest management for hunting purposes of common use forests and forest parcels thereof shall be carried out by citizens (natural persons) without allotment of forest parcels. Forest parcels for hunting management shall be allotted to legal persons and individual entrepreneurs in accordance with hunting contracts. Hunting managers – legal persons and individual entrepreneurs shall have the following duties: (a) comply with the provisions of hunting contract and forest parcel lease contract; (b) carry out conservation arrangements of wild fauna species; (c) carry out biotechnical arrangements; (d) prevent environmental damages; and (e) alert Forest Service in case of the outbreak of forest fires.
