Abstract This regional Law establishes rules for the use of forest plots within forest fund (public forest) for hunting management. It establishes rights and duties of lessees and lessors originating from the use of forest plots for hunting management. Natural and legal persons that are lessees of forest plots destined for hunting management shall have the right: (a) to carry out biotechnical arrangements; (b) to procure forest resources to be used as forage for wild fauna species; and (c) to have access to information related to forest plot conceded on lease. Natural and legal persons that are lessees of forest plots destined for hunting management shall have the duty: (a) observe the provisions of forest plot lease contract; (b) to prevent environmental damages; (c) to comply with forest fire safety arrangements; (d) observe sanitary rules in forests; (e) observe legislative provisions and prevent offences.
