Abstract This Regional Law regulates relations regarding state support of private subsidiary farms. Its establishes as follows: (a) private subsidiary farming shall be conducted by a citizen and his family members on land parcel allotted or purchased for such purpose; (b) agricultural commodities produced or processed in the process of conducting private subsidiary farming shall be property of the holder of private subsidiary farm; and (c) agricultural land parcel allotted for private subsidiary farming shall be used exclusively for agricultural commodities production with the prohibition of building and construction thereon. State support shall be granted in the form of financing out of regional budget in the form of subsidies, incentives and subventions, and partial compensation of interests on agricultural credits.
