This Regional Law enters into force a day after the date of its official publication.
Abstract

This Regional Law delimits plenary powers between state bodies in the sphere of subsoil management. Regional Administration shall carry out the following plenary powers: (a) validates regional programs for the development and management of mineral deposits; (b) establishes the modalities of extraction of common widespread minerals by owners of land plots to the depth of 5 metres; (c) establishes the modalities of state registration and issuance of mining licences; and (d) establishes the authorized state regional subsoil management body and its sphere of competence.
