Abstract Regional Legislative Assembly shall carry out the following plenary powers: (a) adoption of regional laws in the sphere of atmospheric air; and (b) determination of the modalities of public control over protection of atmospheric air. Council of the regional administration in the sphere of protection of atmospheric air: (a) adoption of normative legislative acts in the sphere of protection of atmospheric air; (b) carrying out arrangements for protection of the population in emergency situation resulting from atmospheric air pollution; (c) information of the public on the state of atmospheric air; and (d) arrangements for reduction of emissions from non-stationary sources.
