Abstract This Regional Law establishes plenary powers of state bodies in the sphere of processing and trade of liquors and spirits. Regional Government shall nominate authorized state regional institution in the sphere of processing and trade of liquors and spirits, the modalities of licensing of vending of liquors. Authorized state regional institution in the sphere of processing and trade of liquors and spirits shall exercise quality and safety control of ethyl alcohol and spirituous liquors and shall issue licenses for vending of the aforesaid products.
