Entry into force notes
This Regional Law enters into force ten days after the date of its official publication.
Abstract

The scope of this Regional law shall be to ensure the right of citizens with three and more children for acquisition free of charge in ownership of the plots of land pertaining to state or municipal property. Public or municipal land plots shall be allotted to the aforesaid categories of citizens for the following purposes: (a) for housing construction of subsidiary smallholding on lease for initial period of ten year with subsequent acquisition on condition of previous five-year residence of the applicant in the area where land plot is located; (b) land plots under residential construction initially allotted on lease with subsequent acquisition free of charge upon completion of the construction. Land plots shall be allotted after cadastre registration.
