Abstract The scope of this Regional Law shall be protection of traditional way of life, traditional rights, habitats and natural environment of communities of indigenous peoples of the North. The scope of organization of ethnic communities of indigenous peoples of the North shall be to ensure traditional nature management. Ethnic communities of indigenous peoples of the North shall be subject to state registration.
