Abstract This Regional Law regulates relations for ensuring soil fertility of agricultural land. Owners, tenants, and lease-holders of agricultural shall have the right to: (a) carry out agrotechnical, agrochemical, amelioration, phytosanitary and anti-erosion arrangements for soil improvement of agricultural land; (b) obtain information from state bodies related to soil fertility of their land and time history thereof; and (c) other rights complying with normative legal acts of the Russian Federation.
