Abstract This Regional Law regulates the issues of sustainable development of the regional territory with a view of improvement of life quality of the population and sets forth the basis for organization and promotion of agglomerations. Agglomeration shall be intended urban land united for improvement of recreational and other ties for the purpose of creation of qualitative living space. State bodies shall elaborate and put into practice strategies for socio-economic development of agglomerations aimed at complex development of the territory and promotion of tourism.
