This Regional Law enters into force on 1 January 2021.
Abstract

Given the high toxicity and danger of the weed cow parsnip (Heracleum), regional public authorities, local government bodies in accordance with the acting legislation shall take measures to prevent the spread of weed cow parsnip (Heracleum) on the regional territory. State support for land protection, including prevention of the spread of the weed cow parsnip (Heracleum) on the regional territory can be provided to citizens and legal entities in the following forms: (a) tax benefits in the manner prescribed by the law; (b) granting subsidies for activities in the field of prevention of the spread of the weed cow parsnip (Heracleum) on the regional territory; and (c) application of other economic incentives.
