Abstract This Regional Law establishes purposes, principles, directions and forms of state support of regional agricultural production. It shall be granted to producers of agricultural commodities share of agricultural production output for the previous year amounted to no less than 50 percent. The scope of state support of agricultural production shall be to ensure food security, increase of regional agricultural commodities at the regional consumption level and support of direct producers of agricultural commodities. State support shall be granted in the form of preferential crediting, rendering leasing services and public participation in agricultural investment programs.
