Abstract This Regional Law regulates the issues of state support of agricultural land fertility. Owners and tenants of agricultural land parcels shall have the right: (a) to carry out agrotechnical, agrochemical, land reclamation and antierosion conservancy arrangements for land improvement; and (b) to obtain from state bodies information related to the state of soil fertility. Owners and tenants of agricultural land parcels shall have the duty: (a) to carry out agricultural production by means ensuring reproduction of soil fertility; and (b) to submit to the competent state institution data related to the use of fertilizers, pesticides and nutrients. Soil layers of agricultural land, agrochemicals and pesticides used for agricultural purposes shall be subject to compulsory certification and monitoring. Full text Russian Website regzakon.fpa.su
