Entry into force notes
This Regional Law enters into force on 1 September 2020.
Abstract

This Regional Law, with a view of protection of rights and legal interests of minors, prevention of harm to physical, mental and moral health of minors, establishes additional measures, directed at limitation of consumption of non-alcoholic tonic beverages on the regional territory. Selling non-alcoholic tonic beverages to minors on the regional territory shall be prohibited. The seller is obliged to refuse to sell non-alcoholic tonic beverages to the customer, if there are doubts about age of the customer and in the absence of identity card.
