Abstract This Regional Law establishes rates of payment for standing timber extracted in the course of main felling and miscellaneous felling, specifying that timber industry enterprises carrying out timber extraction and timber processing shall pay minimum rates for standing timber. Rates of payment shall be differentiated between building timber and fuelwood and by groups of forest species. Regional authorities shall apply minimum rates of payment for standing timber destined for sanitary felling as a result of damages caused by pests, diseases, wind, forest fires and natural disasters.
