Abstract This Regional Law imposes restrictions on retail trade and vending of energizing drinks with a view of protection of public health, rights and legal interests of the regional population. Retail trade and vending of energizing drinks with low alcohol content shall be prohibited in the following cases: (a) to the persons underage; (b) inside educational, healthcare and sanitary institutions; and (c) in places of conduct of cultural, sport, entertainment and other mass events.
