Abstract This Regional Law establishes that forest parcels can be conceded to legal persons and individual entrepreneurs for organization of hunting. Hunting management in protected areas shall be organized with the consideration of use restrictions applicable to protected areas. Hunting managers shall have the following rights: (a) procure forest resources; (b) use forest parcels for location of hunting facilities; and (c) access to information related to forest parcels allotted for hunting management. Hunting managers must: (a) observe forest legislation; (b) prevent environmental damages; (c) preserve forest ecosystems; (d) elaborate forest management plan; and (e) pay lease fee in time.
