This Regional Law enters into force 10 days after the date of its official publication.
Abstract

This Regional Law establishes that the distribution of hunting permits between natural persons performing hunting in generally accessible hunting grounds shall be performed by the authorized regional state executive body. To participate in the distribution of hunting permits, with the exception of hunting permits for elk, wild boar and bear, the hunter submits to the authorized body an application for issuing a permit in the manner prescribed by the authorized federal executive body. To participate in the distribution of hunting permits for elk, wild boar and bear hunters who hunted wolves in generally accessible hunting areas during the calendar year preceding the date of commencement of the hunting period, or who participated in accounting for the number of game and (or) biotechnical arrangements held in public hunting grounds, in accordance with the individual legal act of the authorized body, submits to the authorized body in writing or in the form of an electronic document an application for participation in the distribution of hunting permits. The application for participation in the distribution of hunting permits must contain the following information and data: (a) the surname, name, patronymic of the applicant; (b) postal address and (or) e-mail address, contact phone number, which is used to communicate with the hunter; (c) passport data; (d) the date of issuance of the hunting association membership card and its registration series and number; (e) the date and number of the individual legal act of the authorized body, on the basis of which the hunter participated in the accounting of the number of hunting resources, and (or) biotechnical activities carried out in generally accessible hunting grounds; (f) date and number of the contract concluded between the hunter and the authorized body, on the basis of which the hunter participated in the accounting of the number of game, and (or) biotechnical activities performed in generally accessible hunting grounds, as well as the act of acceptance of services rendered; (g) the registration series, number and date of issuance of the receipt of the procurement organization confirming the delivery of the skins of the shot wolves, as well as the name of the procurement organization that issued the acceptance receipt; and (h) information about the location of the area of generally accessible hunting ground intended for hunting.
