Abstract This Regional Law establishes the limiting (maximum and minimum) sizes of land plots allotted to citizens in the ownership of state or municipally owned lands for running a peasant (farming) economy, gardening, vegetable gardening, animal husbandry, suburban housing construction, as well as the maximum size of land plots allotted to citizens in ownership free of charge for the specified purposes from the land that are in the state ownership of the regional administration.
