This Regional law enters into force 10 days after the date of its official publication.
Abstract

This Regional Law establishes delimitation of plenary powers between the Regional Legislative Assembly and Regional Government in the sphere of gardening, horticulture and subsistence farming. Legislative Assembly shall carry out the following plenary powers: (a) validation of subsidies and incentives for state support of gardening, horticulture and subsistence farming; and (b) law enforcement. Regional Government shall carry out the following plenary powers: (a) organization of water supply; (b) partial compensation of expenditure of non-government entities and associations of gardeners, vegetable growers and subsistence farmers for keeping and maintenance of engineering infrastructure.
