Entry into force notes
This Regional Law enters into force on the date of its official publication.
Abstract

Article 13 (1) shall be amended to add the following wording: “When harvesting deadwood, shall be performed the collection of pieces lying on land surface, remains of tree trunks, branches that are not logging residues in the places of logging operations, and (or) formed as a result of the natural death of trees, with their damage by harmful organisms, windbreak, snowfall, and other natural phenomena. Deadwood harvesting is carried out throughout the year. When harvesting deadwood, it is allowed to use tools (axes, hand saws, gasoline-powered saws with engine capacity not more than 45 cu. cm)."
