Abstract This Regional Law regulates the issues of state support and stimulation of rural consumer cooperation, establishes forms and methods thereof. The main tasks of this Regional Law shall be as follows: (a) involvement of rural consumer cooperation in rendering social services to rural population; (b) raising level of welfare of the rural population by guaranteed supply of commodities and services; (c) stimulation of purchase of agricultural commodities from regional rural population; and (d) raising employment level of the rural population.
