Abstract This Regional Law establishes legal regulation of the organization of subsidiary smallholding by citizens, and also the measures for state support thereof, ensuring protection of rights and legal interests of citizens in the sphere of conduct of subsidiary smallholding. It shall not be applicble peasant farms, colective and individual gardening and horticulture and suburban household. Personal subsidiary smallholding shall be considere a form of non-entrepreneurial activity for production and processing of agricultural commodities. Personal subsidiary smallholding shall be conducted by citizen of together with his family members (household) for meeteng their personal demand on plot of agricultural land allotted for subsidiary smallholding.
