Abstract This Regional Law establishes the modalities of processing, handling, trade and vending of ethyl alcohol, liquors and spirits. Regional Government shall establish the modalities of licensing of retail trade (vending) of ethyl alcohol, liquors and spirits, and law enforcement in this sphere. Regional executive bodies shall issue licences for processing, handling, trade and vending of ethyl alcohol, liquors and spirits and shall register the issued licences.
