This Regional Law enters into force on the date of its official publication.
Abstract

This Regional Law regulates the use of forests for hunting. Legal persons and individual entrepreneurs that have been allotted plots of forests for hunting management shall carry out arrangements for conservation, protection and reproduction of forests (Art. 1). Legal persons and individual entrepreneurs entitled to carry out hunting management shall have the duty to: (a) carry out forest care in accordance with forest management contract; (b) comply with forest fire safety and forest sanitary arrangements (Art. 1).
