Abstract This Regional Law establishes the main directions of the activity of regional state bodies for ensuring food security. Regional Administration shall ensure to the regional residents physical accessibility to vitally important foodstuffs. Regional state bodies shall ensure compliance of foodstuffs processed, manufactured and traded on the regional territory with the requirements of state system of standards and the necessary production level of foodstuffs.
