This Regional Law enters into force 10 days after the date of its official publication.
Abstract

This Regional Law establishes exceptional cases of timber extraction, including fir trees (spruce and other coniferous forest species) for New Year festivities in accordance with purchase and sale contract of forest species for public and municipal needs. Exceptional cases shall be considered: (a) timber extraction for the fulfillment of contracts for timber supply for national, regional and municipal public needs; and (c) timber extraction for procurement of fir trees (spruces) and other coniferous forest species for New Year festivities in accordance with purchase and sale contract of forest species without allotment of forest parcels.
