Abstract This Regional Law shall have as its purpose to ensure existence of biological diversity, sustainable management of wild fauna, conservation of genetic resources of wild fauna species and protection of wildlife. State management of wild fauna shall be the competence of regional administration and of the authorized state regional institution in the sphere of wild fauna.
