This Regional Law enters into force on the date of its official publication.
Abstract

This Regional Law establishes that mineral deposits shall be classified as follows: (a) registered and recorded in state register and balance sheet of minerals, certified; (b) unregistered, unrecorded, uncertified. Mining shall be subject to licensing and, in particular, the following types of extraction of widespread minerals: (a) in great quantity for construction purposes at federal and regional levels; (b) in unregistered and unrecorded mineral deposits; (c) in small quantities in abandoned
