Abstract This Regional Law regulates relations in the sphere of commercial transactions (purchase, sale, exchange), establishes rules for keeping and storage of biological resources, and also establishes rights and duties of supervising authority in the aforesaid sphere. The authorized state institution shall make decisions related to the issuance of authorization for purchase, sale, exchange, keeping and storage of wild fauna and wild flora resources and, in particular, wild animals and wild plants, including rare, protected and endangered species recorded in the Red Book, derivates thereof, and animal trophies and collections, and plant collections. It shall be applicable also to animals bred in artificial conditions (captive breeding). Trade of game shall be authorized exclusively through authorized trade network in the presence of veterinary certificate, hunting permit issued by the competent state hunting institution and compliance certificate.
