Abstract This Regional Law regulates relations in the sphere of hunting and conservation of hunting resources. Regional hunting resources shall be considered all mammals and birds permanently or temporarily inhabiting regional territory, classified as hunting resources by the federal legislation, and also cormorant and hooded crow. Hunting of endangered, rare and protected animals and birds recorded in the Red Book shall be prohibited. Common hunting grounds accessible to all hunters shall make no less than 20 percent of total regional hunting grounds. A hunter shall have the right to submit only one application for hunting only one species of each hoofed animal for one hunting season. Distribution of hunting permit for hoofed animals shall be performed through drawing of lots in accordance with available hunting quota. Full text Russian Website regzakon.fpa.su
