Abstract This Regional Law classifies wild fauna species subject to hunting, establishes the modalities of distribution of hunting licences among natural persons performing hunting in hunting grounds of common access, and regulates other relations in the sphere of hunting and conservation of hunting resources. In addition to wild fauna species listed by federal legislation related to hunting, regional hunting species shall include: (a) mammals - dogs and cats run wild; and (b) birds - rook (Corvus frugilegus), thrush (Turdus), hooded crow (Corvus cornix), gray heron (Ardea cinerea), common magpie (Pica pica) and seagull (Larus gen.).
