Abstract This Regional Law regulates relations in the sphere of conservation, management and protection of the objects of cultural heritage. Regional Government shall have the following competence in the sphere of cultural heritage: (a) registration of the objects of cultural heritage; (b) establishes the modalities and the rates of payment for valuation of land plots pertaining to the objects of cultural heritage; and (c) appoint authorized state institution competent in the sphere of cultural heritage.
