Abstract This Regional Law regulates the procedure of concession of subsoil plots of local significance for geological exploration, prospecting and assessment of deposits of common widespread minerals, and also exploitation of subsoil by legal and natural persons within the boundaries of land plots allotted thereto. Subsoil plots shall be allotted by decision of the competent regional executive body or thorough auction/tender distribution in accordance with short-term licence for the period up to one year.
