Abstract This Regional Law regulates relations regarding procurement of non-timber edible forest resources (wild growing fruits, berries, nuts, mushrooms, seeds, birch juice etc.) and medicinal plants by citizens for individual personal needs free of charge and shall have the right of free access and stay in forests for such purpose. Collection and procurement of non-timber edible forest resources and , in particular, mushrooms and wild growing plants, recorded in the Red Book of protected plant species, and also procurement of wild growing mushrooms and plants recognized as prohibited crops shall be prohibited. Picking of berries, fruits and seeds shall be carried out manually so as to prevent damages to fruit trees and fruit plants. Full text Russian Website regzakon.fpa.su
