Abstract This Regional Law regulates the use of forests for hunting. Legal persons and individual entrepreneurs that have been allotted plots of forests for hunting management shall carry out arrangements for conservation, protection and reproduction of forests (Art. 2). Legal persons and individual entrepreneurs entitled to carry out hunting management shall have the duty to: (a) use plot of forestland purposefully; (b) comply with terms and conditions of lease contract; (c) compensate damages caused to forests and regularly pay forest fees; and (d) carry out arrangements for conservation of hunting resources (Art. 3).
