Abstract This Regional Law establishes the procedure for the distribution of hunting permits among natural persons performing hunting in generally accessible hunting grounds by the authorized state executive body in the field of hunting and conservation of hunting resources. Hunting permits, with the exception of permits for hunting of bear, elk and boar, shall be distributed on the basis of the applications and documents required for issuing hunting permits submitted by hunters to the authorized body. Hunting permits for bear, elk and boar shall be distributed on the basis of applications for participation in the distribution of permits or applications and documents required for issuing hunting permits submitted by hunters to the authorized body. The application required to issue a hunting permit and the documents attached thereto must comply with the requirements established by the legislation of the Russian Federation. Application for participation in the distribution of hunting permits for bear, elk and wild boar must contain: (a) surname, name, patronymic (the last - if available) of the hunter; (b) mailing address or email address, telephone number; (c) the date of issue of a hunting association membership card of the unified federal standard, its registration series and number; (d) the type of intended hunting; (e) information about the hunting resources intended to obtain and their quantity; (f) the estimated period of hunting; (g) the name of the municipal district, on the territory of generally accessible hunting grounds of which the hunter intends to participate in the distribution of hunting permits and performing hunting; and (h) consent to the processing of personal data of the hunter. Applications for participation in the distribution of hunting permits for bear, elk and wild boar must be submitted for the upcoming hunting season in the following terms: (a) for hunting of bear and elk - from June 1 to June 30 of the current year inclusive; and (b) for hunting of wild boar - from April 10 to May 10 of the current year inclusive. The distribution of hunting permits shall be performed within the limits established by the limits and quotas of hunting resources, the norms of permissible hunting of game and the carrying capacity of hunting grounds in relation to each generally accessible hunting ground of the municipal district.
