Abstract This Regional Law regulates relations originating from geological exploration of subsoil with a view of identification of mineral deposits and mining. Regional Government shall carry out the following plenary powers: (a) implementation of state policy in the sphere of subsoil management; (b) setting up regional executive body in the sphere of subsoil management; (c) management of regional state stock (fund) of subsoil; (d) validation of long-term specific purposeful programs of geological exploration and rational subsoil management; (e) establishes the modalities of allotment of subsoil for prospecting, exploration and mining; and (f) establishes the modalities of state registration and issuance of exploration and mining licences.
