Abstract This Regional Law establishes the modalities of inclusion of particularly yielding agricultural land in the list of land categories prohibited for use not related to agricultural activity. The following land areas shall be classified as particularly yielding agricultural land: (a) high yielding arable land; (b) irrigated and drained land; and (c) agricultural which cadastre value exceeds average cadastre value by more than 50 percent.
