Abstract This Regional Law regulates relations in the sphere of protection of the population and territory against intermunicipal and regional disasters. Regional territorial subsystem of the national early warning system shall be responsible for data collection, processing and dissemination of the information related to disasters and timely information of the population thereof. Environmental security certificate shall be elaborated for the following purposes: (a) determination and assessment of risks related to disasters; (b) assessment of possible consequences of disasters; (c) assessment of performance of disaster prevention; and (d) elaboration of arrangements for reduction of risks and mitigation of the consequences of disasters.
