Abstract This Regional Law establishes the modalities of issuance and distribution of hunting permits for hunting on common use hunting grounds between natural persons. Hunting permits shall be issued and distributed by the state executive body, competent in conservation and management of wild fauna resources, within the time limit from the beginning to the end of hunting season and within acting period of established quotas (Art. 1). The authorized state body shall inform hunter by displaying the relevant information on its website about: (a) limits and quotas set for wild fauna species subject to hunting; (b) hunting capacity; (c) hunting restrictions; (d) number of issued hunting permits; and (e) unused hunting quotas (Art. 2).
