Entry into force notes
This Regional Law enters into force ten days after the date of its official publication.
Abstract

This Regional Law assigns to local government of some plenary powers related to keeping burial grounds for animal refuse (biothermic pits) for animals dead of anthrax, and liquidation of unused burial grounds for animal refuse (biothermic pits). The period of assignment of the aforesaid plenary powers to local government shall be unlimited (open-ended). Regional state executive bodies shall exercise supervision over local government.
