Abstract This Regional Law establishes rules for forest management for hunting purposes, specifying that hunting shall not cause forest productivity, deteriorate sanitary state of forests and increase forest fire risks. Forest managers shall have the following rights: (a) to carry out biotechnical arrangements (create feeding grounds, sow fodder plant species, creation of artificial nesting points, cover for wild animals and birds) in accordance with forestry regulations; and (b) to construct provisional structure for hunting purposes (hides, traps etc.). Forest managers shall have the following duties: (a) use forest fund land so as to ensure ecosystem preservation, prevent soil degradation, pollution, littering and disturbance; and (b) carry out forest fire prevention arrangements.
