This Regional Law enters into force 10 days after the date of its official publication.
Abstract

This Regional Law establishes that Regional Legislative Assembly shall be competent in the sphere of adoption of the regional legislative acts and law enforcement in the sphere of subsoil management. Regional Government shall be competent in the following fields: (a) institution and keeping of the regional geological information fund; (b) assessment of mineral deposits; (c) registration of mineral deposits; (c) licensing of mining at the regional level; and (d) state geological supervision.
