Abstract This Regional Law is aimed at regulation of water relations within the plenary powers of the regional state bodies. The aforesaid plenary powers shall include: (a) ownership, management and disposal of public waterbodies; (b) establishment of water charges; (c) reservation of the sources of potable and household water supply; (d) validation of navigation rules and regulations; and (e) state monitoring of waterbodies.
