Abstract This Regional Law regulates the issues of concession of plots of subsoil of local significance containing common widespread minerals and also plots of subsoil destined for construction of exploration and mining facilities of regional and local significance. Plots of subsoil shall be conceded in the form of mining allotment or geological allotment. Period of subsoil management can be either open-ended or for a limited (brief) period of time of one year.
