This Regional Law enters into force 10 days after the date of its official publication.
Abstract

Article 2 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Family livestock-breeding farm shall be intended peasant farm meeting the requirements of the Federal Law of 24 July 2007 No. 209-FZ "On the development of small and medium-sized enterprises in the Russian Federation" set for for microenterprises registered in rural areas on the regional territory, based on the personal participation of the head and members of farms (at least two such members, including the head) and jointly carrying out breeding and keeping of farm animals and poultry, duration of activity of which exceeds 24 months from the date of its registration.”
