Abstract This Regional Law regulates legal relations regarding conservation, reproduction and protection of urban recreational forests. Forested areas, including shrubbery and grass, located within the boundaries of inhabited areas, shall form green fund. The whole green fund, irrespectively of the form of ownership and property, shall be subject to conservation and protection.
