Abstract This Regional Law regulates relations concerning peace and quiet of citizens in night hours (intended from 22 p.m. to 06.00 a.m. local time on workdays from Monday to Friday inclusive, from 22 p.m. to 09.00 a.m. on Saturdays, Sundays and non-working public holidays established by the federal legislation, and from 13.00 p.m. to 15.00 p.m. daily). Offences shall be intended use of noise emitting devices, pyrotechnical devices and fireworks, whistles and singing, yelling and screaming, construction works, loading and unloading of commodities, repetitive non-disconnection of alarm system by vehicle owners and barking and howling of domestic animals and pets.
